A Free Set of Books for My Book Club!

My book club read "The Thirteenth Tale". I was able to get us free copies of the book!

I contacted a publishing company that carried this book. The company sent me 12 books, one for each member of the book club. We each also recieved book marks from the publishing company.

We had a afternoon tea catered when we got together for our meeting!


Also just wanted to suggest a few titles for you to try:

Snow Flower and the Secret Fan

One Thousand Splendid Suns

Water for Elephants

What a fantastic idea to contact a publishing company and get a set of free books for your book club. Bet they were a happy group!

I'll pass along the book club recommendations to Queenie B and we'll work on reading them. We've been hearing LOTS of good things about Water for Elephants so I have a feeling it's in our reading queue...
