A Prayer for Owen Meany

This author develops his characters so well that Owen became real to me as I read this amazing story. Also, I loved the symbolism used throughout the story such as the armless statue, the dress mannequin, etc. This story stayed with me for a long time after I read it - and it comes back to me periodically even though it has been several years now since I read it. Maybe it's time for a re-read? I think so. If you have never read "Owen" you are missing quite a story! Return to Home |
