Poor Gibby McGraw is NQR, Not Quite Right, after the accident. She tries desperately to become QR, Quite Right, and this book is a culmination of her attempts. She gives herself the title of Investigative Reporter and gets herself tangled into various situations.
Gibby is a loveable character that has you cheering for her success.

I had a love/ hate relationship with this book. There were points when I was laughing at the mixed up words and actions of Gibby and there were times when I was aggravated with the book as a whole.
Gibson McGraw, as a character, was a wonderful treat, just as the chocolate covered cherries were in the story. This book contained several mysteries that were concluded at the end, so it doesn't leave you wondering (for me, that’s a good thing). The other characters we well thought out too.
I am not exactly sure why I disliked this book at times. I do not believe that there is a specific reason. It just might not be my type of book. However, it was sad to me that Gibby struggled so much with her memory after the accident. This just happened to a close friend of mine (not to the same extent, Thank God) and I see how she struggles now.
If you do read decide to read this book, I would love to know what you think about it.

- If you had the opportunity to tell Gibby the truth would you have done it earlier? Do you think they were right in waiting?
