Lawyer Boy by R. Lax is a fantastic book (especially for a soon to be 1L). He does a great job informing the reader of the whole law school process and keeps the reader extremely entertained the whole time. It's informative and hilarious at the same time. My favorite part of the book is his unique usage of footnotes. Highly-reccomend this book.

Thanks for the great review. Don't know about "general disgrace," though... :) I'd say time-and-place-specific disgrace...
