Me, Annie & Honey

~With the help of her Mom, one child gifts her Dad with a glimpse into the year he's missed~

This book was written with my daughter in mind, and is geared towards military kids dealing with a parent's deployment. However, any child who knows what it's like to have a parent living away can relate to the theme of this book.

My first book, 'The Worn-Out Backpack' is a prequel to 'Memories of Me.' Both books were authored under my maiden name and illustrated under my married name--acknowledgements for both sides of the family!

I hope you enjoy reading my books as much as I enjoyed writing them-----if you get a chance, please visit my website at www.lmromagnoli.com

My kids loved this!
by: ArmyMomPlus3

L.M. Romagnoli got it right. You can tell she has had to deal with the issues she writes about. At first I wasn't sure about buying it because I thought it would make my kids sad, but it had its funny moments and sad too, but a really good balance bewteen the two. The illustrations are so vivid you feel as if you could jump into the picture! I also caught her podcast interview on Army Wife Talk Radio and when I heard she has been a mil-wife since 1989 it cemented my favorable image of her even more! I'm reccommending this book to all my friends!
