People of the Book by Geraldine Brooks

My book club is getting together in a few weeks, and I chose to host it for this particular book.

Any suggestions on what to serve if I want to try to have it relate to the book?

Hi Deborah,
Wow, you got me! I have not yet read this title but after a little research it seems to me that you have quite a large amount of cultural influence to choose from in the story. If it were me, I'd come up with traditional Jewish fare, since it relates most closely to the "book" in the novel.
