Tyrell by Coe Booth

Hi there,

I am a teacher who spends way too much money on my classroom library! One of the hottest books checked out right now is Tyrell by Coe Booth. My students love this book because they can identify with the character and it is set in an urban setting, which many of my students can also identify with. Our school has the majority of students on free and reduced lunch and Tyrell can share about what it feels like living in poverty. This is a good book because although Tyrell wants to be responsible and make good decisions, he has difficulty due to his neighborhood and home situation.

I am starting a book club and would like more information on how I can obtain free books for about ten students. Any information would be appreciated!

Can you give me a little more info about the types of books you are looking to obtain? I would be happy to help but need a range, including what you don't want, for your group of students.
