Christy Bristol is on the low end of the totem pole at the Central County Sheriff's Department in Kearny, CA. She's fine with her dead-end job and her role as a wallflower because she's hiding a secret: she does astrology and has moments of psychic ability.

But, although Christy would prefer to hide from the world, the stars and destiny won't allow it. In the first of the series, Fools Rush In, the zodiac lures her into the den of a drug dealer. In Where Angels Fear, she has to go undercover to a sex club to find a missing person.

Set in the San Joaquin Valley of California, the Christy Bristol Astrology Mysteries open up the reader's world to the rich agricultural region and an even richer peek into the possibilities of astrology as a tool in the modern world.
